This is the MED podcast, where Eran, Dorothy and Milagros will be discussing the concept of online identities. How do people present themselves in the digital realm, and how important is the role of honesty in creating an online identity? How true do people stay to their offline self, while changing certain elements in self portrayal?
In this podcast we reference the following reading:

Very entertaining podcast!
You guys have a real talent when it comes to podcasting. The topic is also very thought provoking. I think having an online persona is okay, as I know that social media can be fake. However, for young impressionable kids on the internet it can get a little tricky. I also think that the medium is very important when expressing your personality. Real life is different from online and even different platforms can change the presentation of oneself. I might look very professional on Linkedin and very fun on Instagram. These apps have different uses and therefore my persona will be different.
P.S. Loved the intro song! 👏
