Here is a podcast about the future of digital art experiences and artificial intelligence featuring my friend and design student Anna.
I really enjoyed listening to your podcast, as I was not familiar with this topic. So interesting that an AI network can design logo’s that almost show something that starts to look like creativity. I agree with you and Anna that a computer design can also have a negative, non-human, aspects. The psychology of design, for example, was an aspect that I did not think about. I can imagine that the emotional requirements of designing a product and anticipating upon the unconscious needs of humans can be very hard for an AI network to incorporate within their design. That is why I agree with your conclusion. You beautifully phrased it with the sentence: “There are humans behind every AI.” (or at least within the near future).
