I very much relate to the feeling of not or barely having learned anything since the beginning of the pandemic. Even when in live workgroups with my webcam turned on I find myself zoning out frequently because of the lack of motivation that you mentioned. I understand that the university like ours has less need for physical education, however I can not help but feel like digital education and for me especially digital tests have not been helpful for learning. The last year or so, I have been living in a constant feeling of wanting to get things done quickly, or watching a weblecture at dubble the speed because I do not have the attention span anymore for a full weblecture. In addition, I also had professors that would upload weblectures of more than two or even three hours instead of the usual one and a half hour. This basically destroyed my daily rhythm and motivation to get anything done.
Great podcast! It is refreshing to hear others have the same frustrations as I sometimes do.
