Mindmapping for mental wellbeing – (MindMeister)

Bianca and I (Alec) had a great short podcast about mental health and cyborgian implications. We spoke about how we deal with mental health during stressful times (like these exam weeks) and share different methods we have used.

I have added the article of Nafus & Sherman, “This One Does Not Go Up To Eleven: The Quantified Self Movement as an Alternative Big Data Practice”. This reading was assigned in the Big Media course in the first year of Arts Media and Society. I find the thesis of using Big Data to analyse the ‘self’ as a form of soft resistance (activism) an inspiration. Furthermore, because we discuss of how we can process our qualitiative brain I think this article is a nice addition to understanding your own biodivisity in relation to the digital (Big Data).
